This unpublished drawing was originally intended for the June 12, 2005 Sunday Hawaii Tribune Herald. After the Supreme Court decided Federal anti-marijuana laws trumped state laws allowing the use of medical pot, Hawaii's Attorney General declared he would prosecute doctors who continued to prescribe marijuana. He later claimed he was quoted out of context.
